Brothers and Sisters,

My deepest apologies for the error made while preparing the ballots to be mailed. There should have been postage provided on the return envelope to mail in your ballot. We are working on correcting this by mailing everyone a new envelope that includes postage, which will go out today.

IMPORTANT: you must still place your name and return address on the newly provided envelope, then place the “OFFICIAL BALLOT” envelope inside the new return envelope.
