With regard to the letters people are getting about what they owe for unemployment benefits that were received during the 2014/2015 strike.

We are working on finding out why all of a sudden these letters are appearing. Please be patient, this is a hard week to get in touch with people due to the holidays. As always we will let you know what is going on as soon as we know.
