Over 400 union members attended a meeting Sunday on FairPoints Chap 11 bankruptcy filing and the concessions that the Company is looking for from the workers. The resounding response from the workers was NO Concessions. FairPoint created this disaster themselves by taking on crushing debt of over 2 billion dollars and the organizational chaos that ensued after deploying inferior systems that failed miserably.
