A meeting will be held Saturday, September 15th from 9am to noon at the Brewer Labor Temple at 20 Ivers St.  This meeting is for anyone planning to attend the Public hearings and wants to talk about the issues surrounding the sale of Verizon.  Let anyone you know that will be attending the Public hearing about this opportunity to enlighten themselves.

All Public Hearings times are now from 6pm to 9pm.

September 18th, in Fort Kent at 23 University Dr.

September 20th in Bangor at the Bangor High School Auditorium on outer Broadway

September 25th in Portland at the Portland High School

Remember to get those postcards in.  We need to get as many as possible to the Governor this month.  If you have extras, let us know - we can redistribute them and get them filled out.
